In 2019 BWRE acquired a residential rental portfolio consisting of 6 central properties in Madrid. These include two buildings in Chamberí, two buildings in Malasaña, the largest property in Puerta del Angel and a mansion in El Viso currently the headquarters of Lateral restaurants. We have been carrying out an integral refurbishment of these properties and their common areas.

In this project, BWRE has invested together with a group of local investors and coordinates asset management together with our partners in 360 CorA (now part of Abante). Matritense will list on the MAB stock exchange as a REIT (SOCIMI).
