In 2019, BWRE acquired a site in Boadilla del Monte to develop over 90,000 sqm of apartment units. Located central to the affluent northwest corridor next to Puerta del Hierro hospital, a golf course, Equinnocio retail park and at the entrance of the Las Lomas gated community.

BWRE is working with the town of Boadilla to address the needs of lack of spaces for young people and services for the elderly. The site is a centurian oak grove and we will maintain most of the trees and introduce additional bus lines and car share programs.

Landscaping includes urban gardens, permaculture food forests with wildlife propagation, shared spaces for residents including rooftop bars, recording studios, night learning, day care, concert spaces, sports facilities, toy libraries, package reception areas, adventure play grounds, co-working, etc.
