Madiva REDS
In 2012 BWRE developed together with Madiva Soluciones a multi-purpose big data platform with capabilities for AVM (Automated Valuations Module), tape scrubbing and data aggregation. The platform was used extensively by financial institutions and private equity funds, particularly in the context of REO and NPL transactions. Madiva was purchased by BBVA in 2015.
