From 2012 through 2016 BWRE was one of the leading investors in these central Madrid neighbourhoods, popular with students, young professionals and the cultural core of the city. Through a series of investment vehicles we transformed more than 400 apartments in single condos and complete buildings.

Outstanding among our projects in this time is the transformation of the San Lorenzo 20 student residence and the Peña de Francia 8 residential building.
