These real estate assets, currently dedicated to offices and mechanical workshops, have a built-up area of more than 10,000 sqm and are located in a strategic area of the Spanish capital within the inner perimeter of the M-30.

BWRE aims to develop a project based on the latest trends in high-end “Smart” corporate spaces. It is designed to achieve all ESG certifications including LEED, WELL and WIRED, all in the platinum category.

In addition, it will be one of the first “Net Zero Carbon” buildings in Spain, with a wood structure and geothermal heating. Future users will also have more than 4,000 sqm of outdoor spaces: central courtyard, terraces, and walkable roofs.
